After-Service Policy

Basically, we recommend self after service.

All accessories of this product can be purchased inside the shopping mall and the assembly and repair methods will be shown on YouTube as a video. If you want after service to the head office, you will have to pay for both round-trip shipping and repair costs and it is very expensive.

We offer free after-sales service for all defective items right after arrival. And in the case of an internal pcb board, one year, other switches and boxes are excluded from the free service.

All modules are stored and managed as images in the factory test. Consumers can view it if necessary, and when shipping, photos of the box and invoice will be sent via email.
